About Unite in Fitness 

Welcome to Unite in Fitness, an all new exercise fitness centre based in Bush Hill Park, Enfield. Our team of trainers have strived to set new levels of standards in Fitness, Exercise, Health & Wellbeing. Set in modern light filled studios.

Our spacious studios can safely accommodate 20 participants and are specially designed for class-led exercise, including Zumba, Dance, Step, Rebound, high intensity training (HIIT) to Yoga and Pilates.

Unite in Fitness is more than a gym, more than just a workout, we aspire to give you the very best body, mind and social experience, with as much fun as possible!

Our fitness community can help motivate you as  members. Words of encouragement from our trainers and other members could be just what members need to get moving. That group mentality and not feeling alone creates an environment of support, wellbeing, fitness and health.

Motivation

When it comes to exercise and getting fit, motivation is especially important. It’s that inner desire that keeps pushing you to hit your goals. If our members lack motivation, they could stop putting the effort in, stop seeing results, and eventually stop being members. It’s our job at Unite in Fitness to motivate and support members. 

Results

Watching someone accomplish something you thought was impossible is very inspiring. This is especially true when the person is just a regular member like you. A fitness community like Unite in Fitness is a great place to showcase your results and progress. All of this will help to inspire other members to do the same. When a person refuses to give up and keeps pushing themselves, share this with your community.
